BrittneBabe's 21 Day Challenge

So it's no secret that I work out. I went pretty consistently last year but didn't decide to make changes to my diet until the last quarter of last year. After my trip to paradise aka Maui, it was obviously hard for me to come back and just jump back into things. I have followed @brittnebabe for a couple of years now on Instagram and decided to give her 21 day challenge a try. Let's be clear that some of her workouts were super easy to me while others really challenged me. I also found it challenging to commit to working out 6 days a week when I'm used to only 3-4 days. I must say that I didn't commit to the meal plan so I didn't get the results I desired but what I did get was more toned arms and the motivation to continue my workouts and hitting the gym harder than I did last year.
