Last week I was blessed to make 26 years old. After 26 years of such an amazing life, I can't help but to be thankful to God. As my birthday started at 12am, I wasn't out partying and living it up with friends. Instead I was tucked away in bed singing gospel music as my boyfriend listened patiently (or at least I think patiently) on the phone. I can't fathom how one can wake up on their birthday and not thank God for not just another day but the start of a new year of life. So many young people's lives are being stolen away day after day by tragedy, illnesses, or some other causes. Knowing that, I thank God for each and every breath I take and each and every day I'm allowed to greet. :)
