Trust Your Vision

I'm an avid social media user, not so much for the social aspect but for the learning and sometimes entertaining aspect. I stumbled across this video this morning, and I am so glad that I did. THIS VIDEO AND TESTIMONY HAVE GIVEN ME SO MUCH INSPIRATION FOR TODAY! It's for everyone and not just for me. I found a stronger connection to it being an optometrist because it speaks on sight, and also because it reminds me of songs based on scriptures I've known since childhood that speak of having a vision. "Write the vision. Make it Plan. That they may run and not faint. For if the Lord says it. You can count on it. He will do just what He said." This mother's unwavering faith, transferred into her son is what it's all about. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. You don't need sight to have faith, but you do need vision.

TAKE AWAY POINTS:

Passion alone isn't enough.
"Stop hanging out with worry and doubt and make faith your new best friend."

1. No peripheral distractions.
"Your life is controlled by what you focus on." -Tony Robbins

2. Stay focused on the goal ahead and move towards it one step at a time.

3. Sometimes true strength means ASKING FOR HELP.
When Pride says "Do it yourself," and Wisdom says, "Find someone who knows." Be humble enough to listen to wisdom. You'll be proud you did.

4. I Can!!
Don't let things you can't do overshadow the things that you can!

5. Trust that eventually you'll learn to survive your new normal.
Change is often difficult but is also inevitable. Trust you will survive it. After all, every day is a new day. And you are still here!

6. One thing worse than losing your sight is losing your vision.
It's not about what you can see, it's about who you are meant to be. Sight is perception of your present. Vision is faith in your future.

7. You are significant.
Passionately play your position. Why we are here is not for our own glory. Ultimately, we strive to be our best to lead and serve others. In doing so, we encourage others to do the same.

The fouls (misfortunes) in your life, if you just trust the vision, will lead you back directly to your purpose.

The Blind Can Lead the Blind: Follow you passion. TRUST YOUR VISION. Lead empathically.
Your passion and your vision will help you lead empathically.

THAT'S HOW WE ALL WIN.

Thank God for this woman and this message left on my timeline today. Let's pray for faith that moves mountains and the spiritual vision that helps us to see it.

Peace and blessings!
XOXO
