Saturday, October 25, 2014 marked the annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. My post is a bit late but I truly am thankful for the people who made this day a success fir me and my family. I started this race in 2011 and had to skip 2012 due to my mom's health but since then we've been on a roll. This year our team was larger than the previous and we really had a great time. Next year I can only pray it gets better. We walk in memory of my mother, Dorothy, and in support of those still fighting. Leg the prayers for a cure continue to flow.
