Insanity Workout

I tried Insanity and it lasted every bit of 3 weeks. Why? Because once you take a day off in which you aren't instructed to then you probably won't willing pick it up again. Insanity is true insanity. I'm all about cardio but plyometrics will be the death of me of one of my knee caps. Pick one. I honestly saw some toning in my 3 week period but no serious or miraculous weightloss like everyone else rants and races about. So what's next... I'll give Insanity a break. I'm batt long nasopharyngitis and bronchitis right now and a trainer just gave me a personalized workout so we shall see how this goes... One day I shall tackle Insanity and those T-25 DVDs I purchased again. Thank God for bootleg copies! Lol. To all of those doing Insanity or who have completed it. Kuddos to you. It's way too repetitive and tiresome for me. I see better results jogging and doing Zumba. To each it's own.
