What makes you calm? Lately I'm finding that one of two things makes me the most calm. First is yoga! I've blogged previously about wanting to do yoga but am recognizing that I needed yoga in my life. Yoga provides a good stretch and increased flexibility but it also provides a good spiritual cleanse. I'll save my rant for another blog post. The second thing is a clean bedroom, a blanket and a candle. I burned out a candle yesterday and just bought a new one today. The fresh sent of a candle and a soothing bed allows me to either drift into sleep due to relaxation or just lounge in perfect serenity. Both this and yoga allow me to forget about my troubles for he moment.
