Haven't done one of these in a while so here goes. I was really looking for matte nail polish but failed to find what I was looking for. This color is called Wet Cement from the Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear line. I know it's more wintery but I couldn't pass it up at Walgreens.
