Steve Harvey has decided to release the movie form of his hot book Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man. Judging from the previews, it's a star studded cast including, Terrence J, Gabrielle Union, Taraji P. Henson, Meagan Good, Regina Hall, Michael Ealy and Chris Brown. I'm guessing that Chris Brown still couldn't make the promo poster due to legal issues in the past. For the record, I don't know if I can look at the young man correctly without thinking of the pics that circulated earlier this year of him. Lol. Needless to say, anyone who knows me knows that I'm a sucker for romance movies, particularly African American romance movies. I don't know what to expect from this movie since I did partake in reading about 90% of this book since at the time it was the hottest thing out. The book had some great pointers but I guess for the type of woman I am, some of them just came across as beating a dead horse. The book is in 1st person or Steve's voice and you can just hear him reading it as you go along. I truly doubt this is a movie that you need to read the book first to appreciate. I look forward to seeing it in L.A. in March 2012 to soothe my craving for a Black romance and to support an African American produced film. Check out the trailer below...Sunday, December 11, 2011
